An exciting vacancy has arisen for a full time Duty Manager within our busy leisure department at Westonbirt Schools.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a Minimum of 1 year experience in the Leisure industry, including supervisory experience.
RLSS National Pool lifeguard Qualification (or ability to achieve with 1 month)
Excellent customer care and service skills
Ability to use initiative and identify task priorities
Have a clear understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace, including COSHH
Understanding of cash handling & till reconciliation procedures
Recognise the importance of adherence to PSOP’s.
Ability to lead and motivate within a small team.
Flexible approach to shift working patterns.
37.5 hours per week, based 4 week rota which currently includes 1 weekend and an even mix of early and late shifts.
Salary £16,500 - £17,500 depending on experience
